LSAW Pipe manufacturing process
The steps in the LSAW large diameter steel pipe manufacturing process are described as follows.
1、Plate probe: Used for manufacturing large diameter straight seam welds immediately after entering the production line, and is the initial full plate ultrasonic inspection.
2、Milling: The machine used for milling carries out this operation by means of a two-edged milling plate to meet the requirements for plate width and side parallel shape and degree.
3. Pre-bending of the edge: This edge is achieved by using a pre-bending machine on the pre-bent plate edge. The board edge needs to meet the curvature requirements.
4, forming: after the pre-bending process, in the first half of the JCO forming machine, the stamped steel plate is pressed into a "J" shape, while in the other half of the same plate is bent and pressed into a "C" shape, and the final opening is formed "O" shape.
5. Pre-welding: This is done by forming the welded pipe steel into a straight seam and then continuous welding with a gas welding seam (MAG).

12. Chamfering: This involves the inspection of the steel pipe at the end of the entire process.
